I am often asked — who is doing privacy right?

It’s a complicated question to answer — the view from the consumer may not be the same as the data protection experts view, nor that of a civil society advocate or a government regulator. If a critic doesnt like big tech or a particular company business model, can they ever do privacy right?

But, I do think there are clear actions, features, decisions that are worth flgging for others to assess and perhaps model. Below are some developments I found notable.
